Exchange Policy

At The New Bold, we strive to provide our customers with chic and trendy fashion at great quality and amazing prices. If you are not happy with the fit, colour or design, simply exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

If you wish to exchange a product, email us customercare@thenewbold.in on  with your order number and reason for exchange or you can also call our customer Care Team on +91 8976016260 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm).

The Exchange Procedure :

You can connect with us over a call or email mentioned above and we will arrange a return pick up for you.

Terms & Conditions:

Items once sent for exchange will be inspected.

Products must be retained in the original packaging. Tags and Labels should be maintained and not be removed.

We do not accept returns, however, we are open to take an exchange request forward.

Once the product has been inspected and approved for an exchange, you can either exchange it for another product or claim store credit for the same, which can be utilised within 1 year of purchase.

Simply pay the difference if the cost of the newly selected merchandise is more than the originally purchased merchandise.

In case the cost of the newly selected merchandise is less than the originally purchased merchandise, you can claim store credit for the difference in amount.
